Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, & Accessibility (IDEA) Policy Brief

BESTECH Canada Limited is committed to continuously building and nurturing an environment where inclusivity, diversity, equity, and accessibility are valued and celebrated. Our IDEA. Policy [established in 2024] is an evolving framework reflecting our dedication to being a responsible, progressive, and innovative leader in our industry and community.

Our IDEA Policy is more than a commitment—it’s a core part of our identity and operations.

Here’s why we believe in and actively pursue this policy:

A Legacy of Core Values
Since our founding in 1995, our core values of Creativity, Openness, Respect, and Trust have been the cornerstone of our identity. Even now, these values remain at the heart of everything we do, guiding our interactions and decisions and shaping our workplace culture.

Creating an environment where every employee feels respected and trusted is fundamental. Our IDEA Policy is not about quotas and statistics; it's about fostering a workplace where every current and future employee feels safe, valued, heard, and empowered.
Reflecting the World We Live In
We prioritize excellence. Our team is comprised of the best talent, irrespective of their background. In a world where talent transcends individual identity, we recognize that the 'best' can emerge from any and every corner of our diverse society.

Considering diverse perspectives ensures that we have rich insights and experiences, which keeps us at the forefront of innovation and service. Our standard is simple: diversity is an outcome of our pursuit of excellence.
Driving Future Change
Our commitment extends beyond our immediate workplace; we aim to be a catalyst for broader industry-wide change. We recognize that, within our industry, certain groups have historically faced systemic barriers, resulting in an overall lack of diversity. We are dedicated to breaking down these barriers.

Our IDEA Policy is central to this mission, guiding us to listen, learn, adapt, and champion inclusivity and equity. By embracing these values, we not only evolve as a company but also contribute to shaping a more equitable, diverse, and progressive industry.
